Huawei seems to become a key actor in the world of mobile phones and smartphones. The company revealed that they have sold more than 55 millions unit last year, including 20 millions of smartphones.
Where exports of all devices increased of 30%, exports of Huawei smartphones in 2011 increased of 500% over 2010 volumes. The company is also the leading supplier in USB modem, and mobile hotspots for a total of 60 millions units in 2011.
Obviously, revenues of the company were also growing up: about 44.3% for the last year. The company remains the leading one in China, but it really hope to enter successfully the others international market like: Europe, US and Japan.
Even if the sales of Huawei still remain really small compared to huge companies like Apple and Samsung, we will have to consider Huawei as a real potential competitor!
