French/English Fluent Executive Assistant

Najmtek is currently looking for a French/English Fluent Executive Assistant/ Secretary to support Executive Team in our Corporate Office in San Jose, California.


Company overview

Najmtek is a high tech startup, but is not just another startup company. Najmtek developed a new innovative product which is the first hybrid product on the market, a fusion between a laptop and a tablet with a stylus provided, called UBOOK (Universal noteBOOK).


Experience requirements

  • Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience working in an administrative role in a corporate environment with three (3) years’ experience working for a high-level executive staff (President, CEO, CFO, EVP, etc.)
  • Experience within a computer and/or start-up-based business is really a plus
  • Fluent in English/French is MANDATORY
  • Advanced computer skills and MS Software (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required, photocopier, fax machine, phone system with the ability to type 75wpm
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and decision making skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must maintain high degree of confidentiality and exercise independent judgment in executive and finance areas
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
  • Ability to run errands as needed via a personal vehicle
  • Demonstrated administrative skills dealing with complex systems in a sales, marketing, finance and R&D environment required
  • Broad knowledge of corporate operations and policy
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written skills in both languages: French and English
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States


Education requirements

  • High school graduation or GED required
  • BA preferred
