A new Angry Birds Star Wars out on November 8!

Rovio announced details today on its plans for a new themed Angry Birds game: “Star Wars“, due out on next month.

This new game Angry Birds Star Wars will combine the features of Angry Birds classic and Angry Birds Space with the characters, stories and part of the well known space saga, Star Wars.

They are not Angry Birds dressed up as Star Wars characters,” says Paul Southern, vice president of licensing and consumer products marketing for Lucasfilm Ltd. “They are characters in their own right.”

Classic Red is Luke Skywalker, newly introduced Pink is Princess Leia, while Yellow and Big Brother are teaming up as Han Solo and Chewbacca, respectively. The “Angry Birds: Star Wars” fun goes on and on, and like the Force, it’s looking mighty strong.

Rovio’s vice president for franchise development, Ville Heijari said that, for now, Angry Birds Star Wars focuses on the first film — 1977’s Episode IV – A New Hope — with no details on whether later movies will be integrated into future updates.

In a good sign for Microsoft, and Microsoft users, the new game “Star Wars”will be available for Windows Phone and Windows 8, in addition to Macs, standard PCs, Kindle Fires and, of course, iOS and Android devices.

Before that, however, fans will be able to purchase a variety of Angry Birds Star Wars products including toys, Halloween costumes, plush dolls, and posters, from Toys R Us and other participating retailers like Amazon beginning October 28.

You actually make it seem really easy together with your presentation however I to find this matter to be actually one thing that I believe I would never understand. It sort of feels too complex and very vast for me. I am looking forward for your next submit, I’ll attempt to get the cling of it!
